LaH Blue Spaceman

Lego as Human Week 2: Day 3, blasts off to imagination and beyond with someone who isn't really an actual character, or a single being to b precise. This is more of a class that anyone could take up, the legendary Classic Blue Space Man. 

The Classic Spacemen were some of the first minifigures from the Lego company, even the logo was on of the first modern icons of Lego. The blue astronaut, being the security class, was the most popular color of the original five space-men (oh, and they were the first to have body printed). The figure has appeared in video-games, books, collectibles, and even then feature film has a character wo is part of the blue class. 

For the drawing, I based this particular spaceman off the television version of a very popular fictional space hero...  but why am I telling you? It is so blatantly obvious! Anyway, I based his face off of actor Patrick Warburton, yet it looks more like an elderly Tim Allen (although he has gotten really old in recent years). I also googled images of astronaut suits just to have perfect accuracy, while the gun is suppose to be like a classic Lego space gun, from a theme that takes place a long time ago in a galaxy far far away...
