Abigail Brickytaur: Wild West Rosmer

A tradigital picture of my Lego-OC, a cowgirl centaur/centauress, whom I did pictures of before.  

Abigail lives in the Wild West, a Wild West that is filled with mythological fantasy and science-fiction elements. I have been hoping to make children books about her and her adventures. Of course,  I have contacted Lego about that, due to Lego copyright. From what I figure from the legal-rules on the official website, as well as my chat with someone operating the messages, Lego trademarks are prohibited from being used. Trademarks (TMs) include the official logo, the very name "Lego", and I guess Lego characters and themes. General minifigures are fine. However, that is for online use. For an actual published book, i should speak to a lawyer about that issue (as recommended by the email person). If anyone has a further understanding or source of the legal matter, don't hesitate to inform me.
